- 2007-2011 - Computer Lab - free wired and 24/7 Wi-Fi Internet access, software available for use and self-training; used to apply for jobs, do homework, take tests, file for scholarships, access E-mail, pay bills, prepare and file taxes
- 2007-2011 - Prescription Drug Discount Program - Saved local residents $8 million in co-op program with Wake County; before 2007 offered AdvancePCS, which was bought out by Caremark, which merged with CVS and then became available through NACo and its member County Commissioners-now in 75 N.C. counties
- 2008-2011 - Cleveland Library - largest private library collection of its type in N.C. with 180,000+ books/videos
- 2011 - Free Book Program - received $710,000 worth of new books to be given away free, with another $710,000 expected to ship by the end of 2011
