Court and Corrections Rules and Replacement Information
These are not all inclusive and do not represent all courts and agencies
RULES:

Satisfactorily complete the number of hours ordered within time limit established by community service staff.

Complete all written forms required by the court and the community service staff.

Pay administrative fee of $200 to Clerk of Court, and present a copy of the receipt to community service staff upon request. (Johnston County)

Maintain contact with community service staff as directed.

Notify community service office of any change of address or phone number.

The Community Service Work Program will not permit an offender to be tardy or absent from a scheduled work assignment. The only exceptions are: 1. Illness (Doctor's excuse may be required), 2. Death of an immediate relative

No offender will be permitted to report for work placement or interview that has the odor of alcohol on his/her breath or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs.

Only community service staff can assign/change placement.

Hours performed with agencies not authorized by community service staff will not be credited.

All offenders will be required to:

Report to and check out with the work site supervisor as scheduled or hours will not be credited.

Folllow all instructions given by the work site supervisor.

Wear clothing appropriate to the setting or agency where placed. Work site supervisor may determine, if clothing is appropriate.

Provide own meals and non-alcoholic beveridges as needed, depending on work schedule.

Have no visitors or phone calls at the work site.

Demonstrate a good attitude and willingness to perform assigned duties in a professional manner.

Abide by all rules and regulations of the work site and the community service work program.

Poor work performance may result in your return to court for non-compliance. No community service fee will be refunded.
