Basic Needs Ministry - Serving Mexico Although the founders of Basic Needs have personally supported an orphange in Mexico City for many years and visited the country to note the needs first hand, this call for help came in 2005 from a local family. They had the contacts and the ability to transport ladies' clothing to a small community in Mexico.
