Every church and civic organization in Basic Needs' service area has been provided the opportunity to distribute free clothing gift certificates to those in financial need in the communities. Each year there have been a few, which Basic Needs could not get gift certificates to, because they have no mail delivery at the advertised address, no telephone service, don't answer the telephone, or don't return calls.
