Volunteer Tasks

  1. Plan the shopping
  2. Do the shopping
  3. Put the food on the shelves with freshness rotation
  4. Verify all shopping invoices with deliveries
  5. Log the freezer temperatures
  6. Check the perishables for spoilage
  7. Clean the pantry after each session
  8. Make appointments
  9. Hand out food during open hours and keep the client records
  10. Maintain database of all foods and values passing through
  11. Maintain and design signs for the pantry area
  12. Track and report the value of all foods spoiled or stolen
